The Role
As a People Consultant, you’ll ensure our Fourietans experience the best that Fouriet HR has to offer. You will make effective use of your customer-facing, problem solving, analytical and execution skills, along with your domain expertise and ability to relate to others. You will focus on Fourietans and improve their experiences while working at Fouriet by providing timely responses, sharing knowledge with fellow team members, and balancing their individual needs with Fouriet’s philosophy, principles, and available resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items.
- Advise on performance management issues, and lead minor investigations and reorganizations.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR policies by connecting the dots across the information and experiences provided by Fourietans/Managers. Identify and propose solutions to correct HR policies and knowledge gaps.
- Manage cyclical HR programs around performance management, compensation planning, and employment engagement surveys.
- Provide career guidance and coaching to individuals and managers. Advise and facilitate team building initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in Management/Business Consulting or as a HR Business Partner.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, staffing or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
