The Role:
We are looking to hire a skilled recruiter to join our growing Recruitment team. You will be tasked with the sourcing of candidates for high-end and urgent positions. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings and collaborate closely with Recruiting team.
You have a hands-on approach and bring along outstanding communication skills, good interviewing skills and detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques.
You will work side by side with other Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, create and manage effective sourcing strategies and offer suggestions on how to best engage with the candidate market.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements.
- Craft and send recruitment messages with the goal of a high response rate.
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks, via email, phone and video conference.
- Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals.
- Identify and qualify potential candidates.
- Create talent pipelines for current and future open positions.
- Organize the candidate pool.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or the equivalent in experience.
- Previous experience as a Sourcer or Talent Researcher.
- Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.
- Expert search skills.
- Proficient in MS office and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates quickly.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- 2-5 years of sourcing experience.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done and help where it is needed.
