Warehouse Manager/Inventory Control Analyst

The Role:

The Facilities Team at Fouriet Factory is looking for a Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Analyst to establish the spare parts and inventory control programs. The ideal candidate would be someone who has set up inventory tracking systems in a start-up environment leveraging industry best practices. They’re equally comfortable developing processes from the ground up as they are refining existing systems. Familiarity with materials and components supporting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other production critical disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Facilities Spare Parts Inventory and inventory control system for the factory.
• Actively work with the other Facilities team members and OEM’s to identify appropriate levels of min and max material inventory levels, organize logical parts identification and storage, regularly audit these levels and interact with external vendors and internal procurement personnel.
• Match completed work orders to invoices for accounts payable.
• Develop and update the Facilities budget tracker.
• Cross-reference equipment manufacturer’s part numbers with vendor part/item numbers.
• Setup bins, shelving and organize storage tracking system for all Facilities spare parts.
• Own the organizing and maintaining of purchase orders, work requests and associated files.
• Understand and apply 5S methodology in workspaces and processes to increase efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree and/or evidence of exceptional experience.
• Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Experience setting up inventory systems from scratch.
• Experience communicating to peers, hourly associates, and senior management regarding maintenance, inventory, and cost control.
• Maintenance skilled trade training or equivalent experience preferred.
• High tolerance of change.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
